The academic program, now in its 19th year, is available for rising 7th and 8th grade students. Many different courses will be offered this summer, and we believe that this “Taste of Saint Ignatius” will be an enriching and engaging experience for all participants
There are two three-week sessions offering a variety of options including Science Excitement, Mathematics, Language Arts, Introductory Spanish, JAVA Programming Basics, Classical Mythology, World War II and the Movies, Band, Percussion, Connecting Current Events and History, and Model United Nations. Students will engage in thoughtful problem solving, discussion and readings while at the direction of the top faculty members at Saint Ignatius.
On June 10th, all Junior High students enrolled in academic courses should attend one of the orientation sessions.
All academic and offerings and registration details are outlined in the Summer Programs brochure.
Spaces in the academic courses are limited; courses will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Online registration will be open through June 3rd. All remaining course slots will be available on a walk-in basis on June 6-9 from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m.
A variety of Athletic Camps are available for the Junior High Students throughout the summer. Please review our Summer Programs brochure at the left for details on this summer's academic course and athletic camp offerings.
