Wolfpack Win GCAC Indoor Championship

The Wolfpack won the 15-team indoor GCAC Conference Championship on Sunday. This was a true team effort as 24 of our entries earned top-8 finishes which scored valuable team points. Individual event champions were Maliyah Miller (60, 200) and Annika Swan (800, 1600). The Wolfpack also won the 4x200 Relay (Tori Scott, Chika Ezike, Sophia Mendoza, Miller) and the 4x800 Relay (Emma Valencia, Elle Sheaffer, Allison Leonard, Courtney Beatty). The 4x400 Relay of Meave Griffin, Meghan Semmer, Gabriella Duque and Valencia also earned All-GCAC honors by finishing second. Emme Alexander added a third-place finish in the High Jump.
