Service Project. CTKJ seeks our help again this year, working with CTKJ parents and school staff to prepare textbooks for distribution to students for the 2010-11 school year. CTKJ staff will conduct a tour of the new school building at the conclusion of the work session.
Service Site. CTKJ, 5088 West Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL.
Date and Time. Saturday, August 7, 2010, 8 AM start time. We hope to finish by 11 AM or so, but we will stay until work is completed.
Directions and Parking. From Laramie Ave., proceed east on Jackson Blvd. to Leamington St., turn left (north) to Quincy St., right (east) on Quincy St., and right (south) into the first parking lot entrance. Walk along the wall of CTKJ past the Stations of the Cross panels to the Southwest corner of the courtyard, call the front desk using the phone on the wall, and proceed inside to the Cafeteria.

Refreshments. CTKJ will provide light breakfast items in the school Cafeteria. Volunteers are invited to bring same, but please advise Ruston Broussard in advance so he can plan accordingly.
We hope you are able to join us next Saturday to renew our contact with CTKJ and resume service work for SIPSP 2010 after a brief summer interlude.

Mark Alvarado '11 Named MVP of Water Polo Camp
Congratulations to Wolfpack water polo player, Mark Alvarado '11, for being named MVP of the Malibu Water Polo Camp, held at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Pepperdine's Head Coach, Jack Kocur, presented Alvarado with the award.
