Introduction

The Saint Ignatius wrestling program will instill the needed qualities of faith, discipline, determination and commitment in each individual, and focus those qualities into a philosophy of selflessness and giving to the school community and team, in order to achieve excellence and build a foundation for lifelong success.

The Team

Saint Ignatius wrestling is an IHSA class 2A program that competes in the Chicago Catholic Conference during the regular season. The Barrington Moore-Prettyman (MP) Tournament, Lincoln Invitational, Simeon Invite, and CCL Tournament complete one of the most competitive schedules in the state. The Wolfpack’s strong schedule challenges our wrestlers to perform at their highest level, both mentally and physically, throughout the season.
