Wolfpack Travel to Boston

This weekend, the Wolfpack sent two Varsity boats to Boston, MA where they competed in the world-renowned Head of the Charles regatta. This rowing competition is the largest in the world, fielding 800+ teams from 32 different countries across all seven continents. With close to a half of a million spectators lining the banks and bridges of the Charles River, teams race through the heart of Boston, weaving up the river through bridges while passing as many other boats as possible. This year, the Womens Varsity 4+ (Libby McMahon C'25, Sophie Shaughnessy C'26, Eleanora Murer C'25, Mary Schmitz C'25, Lucy Bruns C'25) placed 35th out of 90 while the Mens Varsity 4+ (Sally Novy C'25, Fin Duffy C'25, Jack Ennis C'25, Teddy Chong C'25, Jack Tarpy C'25) finished 20th out of 90 teams. Congrats to these crews for representing Saint Ignatius so impressively on the world stage!
