Alumni Nominations

Alumni Medal and Award for Excellence

A Message from the Alumni Relations Department

The Alumni Medal recognizes an alumnus who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to his or her profession, church and community and is an outstanding example in his or her representation of Saint Ignatius College Prep. Alumni are eligible for an Alumni Medal nomination starting the year of their 10th reunion.

The Alumni Award for Excellence is presented to alumni who exemplify personal integrity and are an outstanding example in their professional field. It is given in recognition and honor of the exceptional knowledge or skill and the example the recipient sets as a leader. In the past, Awards for Excellence have been given in the fields of law, business, medicine, education, public service, ministry, and other professional fields. Alumni are eligible for an Award for Excellence nomination after their 25th reunion or at the Business Society Luncheon or Law Society Luncheon.

All award nominations are reviewed by the Development Office and the reunion planning committees in conjunction with the President of Saint Ignatius College Prep, Mr. John Chandler.
