Pack Place 3rd at GCAC Championships

The Pack had a strong showing this past weekend at the GCAC Championships. Ignatius took 3rd overall in a field of seven schools! Outstanding performance of the day was Layla Abbas and Maggie Lowe playing Fenwick for the championship at line 2 doubles. The first set was tight and our girls barely lost at 4-6. In the second set they staged a phenomenal comeback from a 1-5 deficit to tie the set 6-6. In a hard fought battle they narrowly lost the set in a tie breaker 7-9. Our line 1 doubles and line 3 doubles each took third place over all. It was a great day for the Wolfpack!
