The Pack faced off against the University of Chicago Laboratory School, Lane Tech College Prep, and Jones-Payton Coop in an epic quad meet at the University of Chicago’s premier Gerald Ratner Center. Ignatius placed 3rd overall with a score of 118 points. Sophomore Charlie Cali was fifth in the 200 freestyle. Junior Alistair Guth won both the 200 IM and 100 butterfly events with a new season best. Fellow Junior Carmine Fallara won the 50 freestyle and the 100 breaststroke events. Sophomore Christian Chora went a best time in the 100 freestyle to place sixth overall. Cali returned for a runner-up performance in the 500 freestyle with Sophomore Lincoln Routier scoring fifth. Relay team of Guth, Fallara, Cali, and Routier won the 200 freestyle relay; holding off a late charge by UChicago Lab School. Junior Owen Snow was eighth in the 100 backstroke. Relay team of Guth, Fallara, Routier, and Cali returned for a runner-up finish in the 400 freestyle relay, passing Lane Tech on the last 25 yards.
