On Thursday, April 18, 2024, the University of St. Mary of the Lake/Mundelein Seminary marked its 31st year of hosting the Celebration of Mundelein - An Evening of Tribute, with over 300 guests in attendance (including Saint Ignatius President, John Chandler) at the Union League Club in downtown Chicago.
This year’s recipient of the Christo Gloria Award - given to an outstanding lay Catholic whose life exemplifies the teachings of the gospel of Jesus Christ – went to Joe Paprocki, DMin (Class of ‘77). Joe, who has served in pastoral ministry for over 40 years, is the National Consultant for Faith Formation at Loyola Press and author of over 20 books including his most recent, 8 Steps to Energize Your Faith (Loyola Press).
