The Wolfpack traveled to Aurora for the Crimson Invite this past weekend going 3-2 and moving to 4-2 overall this season. In a 4A school heavy invite the Pack defeated Lincoln Way West 26-28, 25-19, 15-12 and fell to OPRF 25-20, 20-25, 7-15 in pool play. In the Silver Division, Ignatius lost to St Charles North 23-25, 25-21, 16-18 but then defeated Geneva 25-19, 25-22 and Riverside-Brookfield 25-14, 25-23 for 13th place. The Pack was led by Skylar Green with 40 kills, Marin Thaxton (28 kills, 11 aces, serve receive % 1.94), Mariella Ciaravino (25 kills, serve receive % 1.93), Audrey Schabes (51 assists, 7 aces) and Sydney DeProfio (68 assists, 25 kills). Maggie Rankin led the team with 11 blocks and Ellie Kowalski led the team with 54 digs as well.
