Wolfpack Look Solid in Win Over Loyola

The Wolfpack improved to 8-1-1 (2-0-1 in the CCL) after a solid 5-1 defeat of Jesuit rivals Loyola on Monday night. Matias Sorondeguy assisted on 3 first half goals. The first created an own-goal barely a minute and half into the game. The second was a corner kick completed for goal by center back Colin Offen, and the third finished by striker Andrew Arreola. Loyola managed one goal when the defense failed to clear the ball. In the second half, Ignatius added two long goals from Nicky Smith, the first assisted by Liam Hladkik and the second unassisted. Henry O’Toole started on the defensive line and helped solidify the win.
