Saint Ignatius Track & Field is a class 3A program that competes in the Girls Catholic Athletic Conference (GCAC). The track season begins in late January and runs through May. The team competes in both indoor (late January;March) and outdoor (April;May) contests. Meets can vary from two-team dual competitions to 25+ team invitationals. Wolfpack Track & Field is a no-cut sport. If an athlete is willing and able to commit fully to the program, give her best effort daily, and bring a positive attitude to the team, she is welcome to join.

The JV meet had no official team scores at the GCAC Indoor meet but the Wolfpack won nine of the fourteen events while finishing in second as well in six of those events to finish atop the standings. Top two finishers for the Pack were; 60 Hurdles - Cate Crowley (1st), Eliza Goodman (2nd); 400 - Nola Weintraub (1), Natalia Diaz (2); 1600 - Mary Kate Brady (1); 200 - Chika Ezike (1), Delia Bergin (2); High Jump - Emme Alexander (1), Tori Adams (2); Long Jump - Lisa Hardman (1), Claire Mangan (2); Triple Jump - Lisa Hardman (1), Lucy Nash (2); 4x800 Relay - (1st; Mary O'Reilly, Gabby Wrobel, Lucy Lippert, Kate McAllister) and 4x400 Relay - (1st, Pilar Curran, Elizabeth Schmiedeler, Rhys Nelligan, Olivia Saldana).
The Pack finished fourth at the Morton Invite on Saturday. Event winners for the Wolfpack were Malena Batisteza (400), Kate McAllister (800 and High Jump) and Lucy Lippert (1600).
The Pack finished third at the Maine East Invite. Top-three finishers were Cate Crowley (2nd in the 200 and 1st in the 50 Hurdles), Eliza Goodman (2nd in High Jump) and the 4x400 Relay team (Caroline Blaskovich, Serena Likavec, Goodman, Natalia Valenciana).
