Pack Take 8th at State Finals
The Wolfpack placed 8th in the class 2A state meet at Detweiler Park in Peoria! Manny Alvarez, Hugh Lynch, Ethan Petrillo, Nick Lopez, Zach Tan, Brendan Houlihan, and Connor Birkett represented Saint Ignatius as they combined for 6 personal records. The Wolfpack wrapped up their season with a top 10 state finish, a IHSA Regional championship and a Chicago Catholic League championship.Read More -
Pack Qualify for IHSA State Fianls
On Saturday the Wolfpack qualified for the IHSA State Finals by placing 5th at their IHSA Sectional meet. Manny Alvarez and Zach Tan led the team with top-20 finishes in a competitive field. Our top 7 runners will race the state finals next Saturday in Peoria.Read More -

On Saturday the Wolfpack won the IHSA Regional meet for the second year in a row. Manny Alvarez, Hugh Lynch, Charlie Maida, Alex Kepler, Charlie Archambault, Michael Gaffey, and Aidan Tansor led the Wolfpack to qualify for the IHSA Sectional meet next week.Read More -
Pack Win Bud James Invite
The Wolfpack won Tuesday’s Bud James Invitational at Washington Park. Austin Rieckelman won the individual title, with Mohammad Khalil, Devlin Burns, and Ben Viramontes rounding out the top 4 in the meet. Across the board the Wolfpack boys ran several personal records to wrap up regular season competition.Read More -
CCL Champions!!!
On Saturday, the Wolfpack won the Chicago Catholic League Championship ay Loyola Academy. Ethan Petrillo, Manny Alvarez, Nick Lopez, Brendan Houlihan, and Hugh Lynch all received All-Chicago Catholic League honors in helping the Pack to the championship. The Wolfpack also won the open race with Alex Kepler securing the individual win.Read More -

The Wolfpack took p[art in the Niles West Invite on a sunny Saturday! Leading Ignatius was the trio of Manny Alvarez, Ethan Petrillo, and Zach Tan who each ran personal bests to lead the team to a 2nd place finish in the Red Division.Read More -
