Club Italia

Club Italia celebrates Italian culture – everything from food and music, to dance, history and film. Our club members are able to learn about traditional Italian customs, and they participate in the Italian lifestyle. They’ve cooked the Tuscan and Roman dishes they love, and they’ve brought in treats from their favorite local Italian restaurants and stores. Club Italia meets during activity periods, but its members are happy to get together for events outside those times. We recently made focaccia bread with Quest after school, and we’ll occasionally take a stroll to Mario’s Italian Lemonade to enjoy some Italian ice! Future field trip goal: A lesson in Italian cooking/baking at “Eataly” in downtown Chicago.  Come join us!!
